Oliver Henry Edward Philcox

I am a Junior Fellow of the Simons Society of Fellows, hosted at Columbia University. I work with Colin Hill and Lam Hui. I am a theoretical cosmologist, mostly focussed on developing new tools to measure, model, and interpret galaxy survey data, though I am broadly interested in anything that can be written on a blackboard. 

Before Columbia, I completed my PhD thesis in Princeton University in August 2022, under the supervision of David Spergel and Matias Zaldarriaga. Previously, I spent a year working with Daniel Eisenstein in the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics, and did a Masters degree with Blake Sherwin in Cambridge.
